The Kings are deciding to rest Rajon Rondo today against the Nuggets, which opens up the door for Darren Collison ($5,400) to start. Collison is already one of the most fantasy relevant backups in the league. He’s averaging 28.9 DK PPG over the last 11, despite only starting four of those games. He’s scored 30+ on six different occasions in that stretch. Collison has started eleven games this season, racking up 33.9 DK PPG in those games.

Hollis Thompson ($4,300) might be the most fantasy relevant player on the Sixers right now. His ability to knock down the three-ball and haul in rebounds is something that is very valuable to his owners. Thompson is taking nearly seven 3PA per game, which is the vast majority of his 11.8 FGA per night. Thompson is averaging 26.7 DK PPG over his last eight games, which he’s playing 31.6 MPG in the process. If he has another one of those average games tonight, it would put him as 6.2x value.

There is one excellent, contrarian play at SF tonight for the GPP owners and that is Kawhi Leonard ($7,600). Leonard is coming off a quad injury and just returned to action for the first time on Wednesday after missing three games. He should be under-owned because the Spurs will likely be very careful with Leonard, potentially limiting his minutes, as they prep for a playoff run. On the positive side, Leonard’s price has dropped $900 in three games and the way he plays, doesn’t need big minutes to have a massive game. In the last two outings, he’s scored 47 and 40 DK points despite only playing 24 and 22 minutes. That’s not a typo. He’s scored 87 DK points in his last 46 minutes of action. If Leonard can see close to 30 minutes of action tonight, he’s be my favorite GPP play.

Two Sixers in one writeup?! Sure! How about Carl Landry ($4,400). Landry with another solid 16-8-4 line last night for 32 DraftKings points and his price decreases. Landry has now posted 26+ DK points in four of eight while breaking the 32-point mark on three occasions. He’s scored double-digit real points in four of five and he’s been very active on the glass. He’s been the biggest beneficiary of the injury to Nerlens Noel and will continue to be relevant as long as Noel is sidelined.

Let’s finish with some chalk at the center position. The league’s top rebounder, Andre Drummond ($7,500) is getting the best matchup a center can ask for tonight against the Bulls. No team is allowing more fantasy points to opposing centers this season than Chicago. Drummond has done his part to increase those stats. In three games against the Bulls this season, Drummond has posted games of 40.5, 53 and 74.25 DraftKings points. Drummond has been playing well lately, averaging 42.8 DraftKings PPG over his last six while tallying a double-double in all of them.
