Giannis Antetokounmpo is finally priced over $10,000 and for good reason. He’s absolutely scorching right now, averaging 57.6 DraftKings points per game over his last five. that’s a full seven points higher than his season average, making him one of the hottest players in the league. He’s scored 54+ DK points four times since Nov 21st, with only Russell Westbrook with more such games in that span. Antetokounmpo can do it all including in the high value (2 point) categories. He’s racked up 17 blocks + steals in his last three games. Think about that, it’s insane! The matchup with Brooklyn is sublime and Antetokounmpo has averaged 51.8 DK PPG in their two meetings this season.

Today’s Projections | NBA Game Logs | Player Scoring Calendar

Dwayne Wade will sit this one out, which means it will likely be Nikola Mirotic who steps into the starting lineup. The last time Wade sat (11/20), it was Mirotic who played 37 minutes and dropped a 15-15 game for 39.25 DraftKings points. Mirotic has always been a solid contributor but usually doesn’t get enough minutes to shine. That shouldn’t be the case tonight against Dallas. Mirotic makes for a solid play at only $4,300 with the flexibility to play either forward position.

Another game of “if you like home/road splits” with Harrison Barnes. In seven home games this season, he’s averaging 34.8 DK PPG compared to just 28.7 on the road. The Mavericks are razor thin right now so it’s Barnes who is shouldering the workload. He’s played 38, 40 and 41 minutes the last three games, taking a combined 59 shots. He’s volatile and a little dependent on real scoring but he can catch fire at any moment.

Mason Plumlee is proving to be “plug and play” at the center position. A solid contributor, Plumlee has scored at least 30 DraftKings points in four start averaging 36.1 PPG in that span. Another such game tonight would be worth 6x value at his current price. Plumlee earns about 30 minutes a night and has a top 10 matchup with Miami on tap for this evening.
