Pitchers:

We have a full 15 game slate today, and we have some tough decisions to make at the pitcher spot. In cash games I’m going to be running out Max Scherzer and James Paxton. We all know Max Scherzer has the play play in cash, so don’t overthink it. He has scored at least 30 points in his last 6 starts. He faces the Cubs in Washington, and the Cubs carry more name value than actual production. James Paxton faces the Philleis in Seattle. He gets a big ballpark, and gets to face the Phillies who do strikeout a lot. Paxton has been roughed up a bit since returning from the DL, but this is a great spot to get back on track. A couple other options are Jeff Hoffman and Sean Newcomb. Jeff Hoffman has a great matchup, facing the Giants in San Francisco. He has been great away from Coors Field and is worth GPPs shares. Sean Newcomb  also has a solid matchup at the Padres. The ballpark is good and the match up is good. GPPs only.

Hitters:

Detriot Tigers – They get a weak lefty that is filling in the rotation for Danny Duffy. The Tigers will could throw 9 right handed bats vs. a lefty. I like the top of the order in Miggy, Upton, Kinsler, Martinez, Castellanos and McCann.

Toronto Blue Jays – The Jays take the Orioles in Toronto. Kevin Gausman is on the bumb and he is awful. Both sides of the plate, he is awful, and everyone is in play.

Miami Marlins – Gsellman sucks and the Mets catcher can’t throw base runners out. The power with Stanton, Bour, and Ozuna, could be too much for Gsellman. Dee Gordon can swipe bags and he will likely lead off.
